What‘s the benefit of fitted wardrobes over free-standing?
Fitted wardrobes are crafted to your exact space, seamlessly integrating into corners, alcoves, and awkward angles where free-standing furniture falls short.
How do you measure for fitted wardrobes?
To measure for fitted wardrobes, take the height from floor to ceiling at several points, measure the width of the space at the top, middle and bottom, and note any angles.
During your free design consultation, one of our skilled team members will take precise measurements, accounting for every contour, alcove and slope to ensure your fitted wardrobes are a seamless fit.
What is the installation process?
The majority of our wardrobes take four weeks to manufacture and are installed in only one day by our in-house team.
If your room size or shape is especially unique – such as with a sloped ceiling – this could take slightly longer than average.
Are fitted wardrobes attached to the walls?
Yes, our fitted wardrobes are attached to the walls – designed to sit flush. The installation is done with care, so any fixings are discreet.
Will coving or skirting boards present an installation problem?
During installation we cut our panels around skirting boards and coving. We don’t generally cut through them, so they aren’t a barrier to installation, nor will they be damaged in the process.
Can I customise the interior of my fitted wardrobe?
Yes, you can customise the interior of your wardrobe with all manner of storage solutions and unique designs – from custom shoe racks and jewellery drawers, to space for hanging long items of clothing and even bespoke shelving.
